Component NVH Testing

- Not only compressors, but also HVAC or other products can be evaluated for various areas of noise creations.
- Modal testing in free – free condition, Blocked force determination, ISO 3744 sound power determination, CAE correlations, evaluation of noises that are structure borne, air borne, fluid borne and others.
- Our team is ready to get you the data measured, and also will be able to conduct full analyis and optimization recommendations.
Component EMC Testing
Our Semi-anechoic chamber is fully compliant with CISPR 25 and ISO11452 standards.
With our standard equipment (R&S, Schwarzbeck, Ametek, Bonn) we can conduct pre compliance testing or investigation tests such as:
- Emission tests 10Hz – 18GHz (RE, CEVM, CECP, MRE etc.)
- Immunity tests 100kHz – 6GHz (BCI, RI etc.)
- ESD tests as per ISO 10605.
- Transient Emission Tests as per ISO 7637.
- Standard- and custom reporting formats as per your needs.
System and Component Testing
We have a variety of facilities available for testing of complete system loops or single components.
- HVACs, Electric Heaters, Single Heat-Exchangers or all combined together in a full loop. We test it for you.
- And coming in 2026, we will be able to simulate parts of the system in HIL (Hardware in the Loop) in real time.
